With this tool, you provide two sets of RAD angles, corresponding to two different structures. The tool will then calculate the Euler-Rodrigues angle between the structures, as well as the difference in tilt. The provided angles may be obtained using RADtool, or they may be drawn from values in the Ribosome Analysis Database. Animations between any two structures can be generated with RADtool.
